Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes:

Conference Registration

When you register for the Texas Pet Sitters Conference:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Registration fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
  • TPSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion.
  • Conference schedules, speakers, and topics are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms for conference registration:

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the conference may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference may receive a partial refund or credit toward the following year's conference at TPSA's discretion.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
  • If TPSA cancels the conference due to circumstances beyond our control, registered attendees will receive a full refund.

Membership

TPSA membership is subject to the following terms:

  • Membership is valid for the period specified at the time of enrollment.
  • TPSA reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct that violates our code of conduct or brings the organization into disrepute.
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.

Business Directory

If you submit a listing to the TPSA Business Directory:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information.
  • All listings are reviewed by TPSA for quality and consistency before publication.
  • TPSA reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • A directory listing does not constitute an endorsement by TPSA.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Texas Pet Sitters Association or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without written permission from TPSA.

Photography and Media

By attending the Texas Pet Sitters Conference, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event. These images may be used by TPSA for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a TPSA staff member at the event.
