Yes, there are 55 rooms (double occupancy) discounted under a group rate.

Cost Per Person, based on double occupancy, Travel Protection is optional but recommended. Gratuities are not required to book but will be charged to your cabin on the ship.

If you are traveling solo and wish to have a cruise cabin to yourself, please note that your cost will be approximately double the “All In Cost” listed above. However, you will only have to pay gratuities and trip protection (if selected) for one person.

If you wish to book a cabin with 3 or more people, Stormy can handle when booking. She will be able to book a cabin for you and tie it into the group reservation. The cost of the cabin will be the regular rate for all people.

Guests are welcome on the cruise only. One person in the room must be attending the conference in order for a guest to take advantage of the cabin discount. (Does not apply if booking a room with 3 or more people.)

If the guest is staying in a cabin with a conference attendee, then they get the discounted rate. If not, they are subject to the regular rate.

As long as there are cabins available on the ship, cabins can still be reserved, just not at the group discounted rate.

This request can be arranged through Stormy.

Yes! The conference will be in the mornings and afternoons of the cruising days (Feb 28 and Mar 2) 10:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm. We will schedule dinner at the same time and you will have the option of changing your dinner time.

Only registered attendees can attend the conference.

Yes! Let Stormy know when you reserve your cabin. It has to apply to our ship and sail date. Stormy will confirm all information needed.

The conference would need to be paid in full when registering, as always. There will be a $200 deposit per double occupancy cabin ($100 per person, double occupancy, and within our discount block of cabins.) Deposits for cabins booked outside of the group cabins will be accessed at time of quote / booking. The full amount paid of the cruise is due by December 12, 2024. It is recommended to pay for the cruise in full by December 1, 2024.

The deadline to register for the conference will be December 1, 2024 or until all tickets are sold. As far as the cruise, if all of the discounted cabins sell out, it is subject to cabin availability at the time of booking.
