Speaker Bio

Morgan Weber is the founder of Lucky Pup Adventures pet sitting and Memory Flame remembrance candles in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After a decade in design and working in leading architecture firms in the Northern Plains, Morgan was burnt out and unsatisfied with her career. She quit the corporate job to choose a fuller, happier life. She has spent the last 9 years growing their team of pet sitting professionals and providing high-quality care to their VIP (Very Important Pet) clients. Focusing on fostering great relationships with clients, Morgan believes in serving people clients with exceptional, authentic customer service while also providing pet clients with the best in-their-home care.

After her own experiences with burnout and the emotional challenges that come along with working in pet care, Morgan is also on a mission to educate and embolden other Pet Professionals to lead full, happy lives. As PSI 2022 Pet Sitter of The Year, Morgan got tired of hearing too many stories of colleagues giving more to their clients than they give to themselves. She is passionate about encouraging pet service providers to live life more like the dogs they serve: with joy, enthusiasm, and time for their favorite things. When she isn’t working, you can find Morgan making memories with her pups and curling with her husband and friends.
